Getting a Conference Visa
Visa Type
International delegates are required to apply for a Conference Visa to attend the event in India.
Application
Apply as early as possible through the nearest Indian Embassy/High Commission.
Documentation
You will need a valid passport, a filled application form, a photograph, and an invitation letter from the organizers.
Processing Time
Please note that visa processing may take 2–4 weeks so plan accordingly.
Request Invitation Letter
For invitation letter for a conference visa, please email us with:
- Full name (as in passport)
- Paper title and ID (if accepted)
- Passport number and nationality
- Current affiliation and address
